at the HealthEast Heart of Summer
Training Clinic Kickoff.
Tubby will promote the benefits of
an active lifestyle in the
prevention of heart disease. Free
health screens available.
Training
Clinics:
The
training clinic provides an
opportunity to help you achieve a
more physically active lifestyle.
The 11-week training clinics are
designed for individuals who have
inactive lifestyles or those who
want to increase their endurance.
Clinics
meet weekly and include
presentations, health tips and
training schedules to meet
individual goals.
